St. Oscar Romero
St. Oscar Romero was a courageous advocate for justice and peace. As a voice for the poor and oppressed in El Salvador, he stood up against injustice, even at great personal risk. His unwavering faith and compassion inspire our children to speak up for what is right, stand in solidarity with those in need, and live with courage and integrity, following Christ’s example.
St. Margaret Ward
St. Margaret Ward, a brave English martyr, risked her life to help a priest escape persecution. Her deep faith and fearless dedication to others teach our children the importance of loyalty, sacrifice, and standing up for their beliefs. St. Margaret’s example reminds us to trust in God’s providence, even in difficult times, and to always act with compassion and bravery.
St. Josephine Bakhita
St. Josephine Bakhita, once enslaved, became a symbol of forgiveness and resilience. Despite suffering, she found peace through her faith and dedicated her life to helping others. Her story of overcoming adversity encourages our children to persevere in the face of challenges, show kindness to everyone, and embrace the power of forgiveness and love.
Blessed Carlo Acutis
Blessed Carlo Acutis, a young tech enthusiast, used his gifts to spread the Gospel online. Known for his deep devotion to the Eucharist, he reminds our children that holiness can be found in everyday life.
